Obsimo, is an electronic music producer, and my little brother. He had the chance to collaborate with Illegaal, a Brussels-based brewery, to release a limited edition batch of beers as part of the celebration for his upcoming EP. I am delighted to have been involved in the art direction of this project.

I went with purple alongside Illegaal Can's signature gold. The embossed effect enhances the design's premium feel by allowing light to reflect off certain areas, adding a touch of elegance. It's all about striking the right balance – trendy, but not too flashy.
The most challenging aspect? Executing this design remotely while I was living in Istanbul at that time. To get it just right, we created several prototypes. My brother played a crucial role, printing drafts and helping us visualize if the graphic elements had the correct size and color, ensuring everything was spot on.
